FAQs

What is the cut off time for me to place an order?

Evergreen Florist offers a delivery service to all areas within the Perth Metropolitan area to most business addresses by 5pm and residential addresses by 6pm. The order must be placed by 10am on the desired day of delivery. If a specific delivery time frame is required an additional charge may apply. One of our friendly florists will contact you to inform you of the additional charges for the specific time delivery.

If we receive your order after 10am we may still be able to deliver it the same day depending on the delivery location and the actual time the order was placed

Can my order be delivered on Saturday, Sunday and/or public holidays?

All deliveries will be delivered by 7:00pm. For same day delivery, all orders must be placed before 10am. On Saturday & Sundays we deliver to the local area only and are unable to deliver to specific time frames.

If a specific time frame delivery is required on Sunday an additional charge may apply.

Public Holidays

Please be advised that delivery restrictions may apply depending on the location. Please phone our Florists on (08) 9276 3014 to confirm delivery availability and costs. Theses may vary depending on the public holiday and the location to be delivered to.

Do you deliver overseas?

If you require something that is not displayed on our website please don't hesitate to contact us on (08) 9276 3014.

Note: We require a valid phone number and email address on your order to assist in contacting you immediately should one of our florists have any questions or concerns regarding your order. We also require a contact phone number of the recipient in case they are not at the delivery address.

What happens if no one's home when delivery occurs?

we attempt to make a delivery and the recipient is not at home, we will leave the flowers/gift either at the front or back door if deemed safe to do so or in a location outlined in any special instructions that you pass on to Evergreen Florist (eg. with a neighbor). If this is not possible, we will leave a calling card in the recipient's letterbox or on the front door asking them to arrange a re-delivery or collection from our store.
