Terms & Conditions
Products.
1- Some flowers are delivered in the form of buttons to ensure a longer life. For example, with the intention of delivering the freshest flowers and also last longer, lilies can be delivered in buttons and will bloom in a day or two.
2- All products are subject to availability. In case of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to replace the product with another of equivalent value and quality without prior notice. Rest assured that the flowers will be of equal quality.
3- Certain products are not available for same-day delivery or other special delivery services. You will be offered more information on product availability and delivery options when placing your order.
Payments.
1- We accept payments with PayPal and the main credit and / or debit cards, through the PayPal service which does not necessarily require that you have an account of this service.
2- In the event that it is not possible for us to supply all or part of your order (the product or any other substitute product), you will be notified as soon as possible and the payment will be refunded in full within a maximum period of 10 days from the expected pickup / delivery date.
Orders.
1- The shipment of your order is subject to the acceptance of this offer by us. We will send you an email confirming the details of your order and that we have started to process it. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we send this confirmation email.
2- We cannot accept orders from customers under the age of eighteen (18).
3- Alcohol delivery is subject to state liquor laws. You must be 18 years
or older to order or receive alcohol. Other licensing or delivery
restrictions may apply in some states.
If we receive your order after 10am we may still be able to deliver it the same day depending on the delivery location and the actual time the order was placed.
2- We attempt to make a delivery and the recipient is not at home, we will leave the flowers/gift either at the front or back door if deemed safe to do so or in a location outlined in any special instructions that you pass on to Evergreen Florist (eg. with a neighbour). If this is not possible, we will leave a calling card in the recipient's letterbox or on the front door asking them to arrange a re-delivery or collection from our store.
